Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales process through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking, market research, and customer visits.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and troubleshooting in the areas of compute, storage, and networking.
  • Manage backup solutions at customer site while troubleshooting.
  • Track system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to Technical Lead.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged and prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
  • Assisting the Team Lead in solution designing.
 

Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Proven work experience 4-6 years in a similar role.

  • Lead and be fully accountable for a team of System Engineers and oversee the delivery of multiple compute, storage and network projects.

  • Responsible to present, arrange proof of concepts, deploy, and maintain projects.
  • Provide on-call, online and on-site support to escalated issues.
  • Provide corrective actions to projects that are off-track and provide guidance to project leads/system engineers under his accountability when necessary.
